His meticulous approach and passion for precision make him a trusted professional in ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of safety, functionality, and presentation.
Beyond his professional career, Moises has faithfully served the ecclesiastical community for over 15 years in the audiovisual and information technology department. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he played a vital role in helping the church remain open by setting up and managing live -streaming services—ensuring that the congregation stayed connected and supported even in times of isolation. His work combined technical expertise with compassion and adaptability under pressure.
Thanks to his scientific training and global experience, Moises not only identifies areas for improvement but also implements practical, innovative solutions. Now based in Kansas City, MO, he integrates his technical skills with a broader vision to help local businesses and organizations thrive.

Now transitioning from federal- and nonprofit-aligned roles, Hilaria is channeling her expertise into supporting EagleCore Motion LLC—her husband Moises's growing enterprise. Leveraging her strategic mindset, multilingual skills, and cross-cultural fluency, she plays a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence, streamlining operations, and building sustainable growth strategies.
